Haridwar, Kedarnath and Rudraprayag Tour Itinerary
Day 1
We will meet Bandra terminal at 11.00pm, Midnight Train Train no.19019 Time : 00.05 dept from Bandra , Overnight Journey
Day 2
Upon arrival 7.45am in Haridwar meeting and assistance & check in at hotel & visit Explore the Ashrams, temple’s & evening enjoy Aarti at har ki pauri, Evening back to Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Haridwar.
Day 3
Morning after breakfast check out from Hotel & drive to Gupkashi’ Evening reach at Hotel & Check in. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4
Post your early breakfast; leave by vehicle for Gaurikund and from their Kedarnath by 18 km Trek. After darshan and Pooja at Kedarnath Temple back to hotel for Overnight Stay.
Kedarnath Temple: The present temple built in 8th Century A.D. by Adi Guru Shankaracharya lies adjacent to the site of an ancient temple built by Pandavas. The temple has a conical lingam - the main idol, a statue of Nandi - the celestial bull, a 'Garba Grah' for worship and a man dap for assemblies of pilgrims and visitors. The temple is more than 1000 years old.
Shankaracharya Samadhi: The Samadhi of Adi Guru Shankaracharya is located just behind the Kedarnath temple. It is said that after establishing four sacred Dhams in India, he went into his Samadhi at an early age of 32 years.
Bhaironath temple: About half a kilometer away from Kedarnathji, a small temple is dedicated to Bhaironath. It is worshipped on the opening and closing day of Sri Kedarnath Shrine. It is believed that when Kedarnathji temple is closed, Bhaironathji protects this land from evil.
Rituals & Activities : Visit Guptkashi,Gaurikund , Snan in Tapt Kund at Gauri Kund and Darshan of Gauri Ganesh Temple & get blessing of Ganesha and start the trek of kedarnath Ji. Evening Aarti Darshan of Kedarnath Ji , Darshan of Aadi Guru Shankracharya , Darshan of Udar Kund & Bambam Kund , Pitra Kund . Chance to meet Gurus and Sadhus meditating for long time in Kedarnath. Darshan of Rama cave (Gufa)

- Initial Deposit: 15% need to be deposit to process your booking.
- On confirmation: 60% to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
- Before tour end: 100% should be deposited 02 before the departure

AMENDMENT
- Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
Terms & Conditions
- Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
- Booking will be conformed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
- In Case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
- Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
- Free Birds Holidays does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
- Any Natural calamities Free Birds Holidays will not be liable for the same.
- No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
- All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- BOOKING PROCEDURE:-
- All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only by writing e-mail
- Details required for Confirmation.
- Please provide the following details along with your booking request:
- Clients or Group Name.
- Total No of people along with adult sharing the rooms and child with or without bed.
- Date of Arrival and Departure with flight/train details).
- Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.
- CANCELLATION POLICY:-
- Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
- Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
- Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within week to the date of arrival.
- If booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1000/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy
- No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.
